Choices from the available categories (photograph, code, and price) are created from our creation department exactly the same as the corresponding samples and are delivered directly from our shop to all Attica-Athens area destinations.

Yet, in cases that some of the flowers or plants are not available in the market or out of stock ,we keep the right as to "deviate" from the sample in means of colour and flowers or plants choice, as long as we provide our customer with a relative product of the value paid. If you do not wish such alterations please state it clearly in the remarks field of the order form, so in case we cannot provide the exact item we shall simply notify you about it and refund your money. If no remarks are stated in the order form it means that we keep  our "deviation right"

Orders with destinations other (than Athens-Attica) cities of Greece and abroad  are forwarded to cooperative flowershop - florist in the coresponding delivery area, who is obliged to carry out the order exactly for the price and to approach in the best possible way the style and kind of flowers or plants. In all these cases "deviation right" is definite and we do not refund or accept complaints about alterations , as long as flowers or plants delivered were in good condition and of the value paid.

You do have the ability to suggest the colours of your preference for any proposed arrangement without changing the style of it.

Bought candles, balloons and other accessories available in the corresponding categories can be fitted harmonically to any of the arrangement of your choice.
